Madison Medical Affiliates & Ascension are working together to keep our community healthy during this time and prevent the spread of infection while also offering options for easier access to care.

  • If you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath and need care, please call your personal physician, as a first step. We recommend if you have symptoms, you should stay home and avoid exposing others until you can talk with a doctor.
  • Madison Medical Affiliates is offering TeleHealth visits with our providers through Ascension Online Care. Please call our office to schedule a TeleHealth visit.
  • New temporary visitor rules have been implemented to try to decrease the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and to keep our patients, families, care teams and the communities we serve safe. At this time, facilities near you may be restricting visitors. Please contact us before visiting.
  • If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or difficulty breathing, go directly to the ER or dial 911.

In accordance with our Mission and Values, Madison Medical Affiliates is committed to caring for all people regardless of their ability to pay, with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable. Madison Medical offers financial counseling and assistance to help address any financial concerns patients or families may have regarding their care.

For patients requesting financial assistance, Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s has trained financial counselors available to discuss your payment options. Upon making an appointment, the financial counselor will meet with you to review what financial assistance programs you may qualify for, including the Ascension Columbia St. Mary's financial assistance program. Please be advised that all services and/or programs may not qualify for the financial assistance program.
