  • Eligibility: Effective April 5th, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) expanded vaccine eligibility to EVERYONE 16 and older. 
  • Availability: Due to decreased demand, Madison Medical is no longer offering new vaccine appointments at this time. Please visit vaccinefinder.org to find an appointment in your area.
  • *IMPORTANT*: We will continue to monitor whether booster shots will be needed in the future. We will contact our patients if those are required.
