Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Update

Madison Medical Affiliates & Ascension are working together to keep our community healthy during this time and prevent the spread of infection while also offering options for easier access to care.

  • If you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath and need care, please call your personal physician, as a first step. We recommend if you have symptoms, you should stay home and avoid exposing others until you can talk with a doctor.
  • Madison Medical Affiliates is offering TeleHealth visits with our providers through Ascension Online Care. Please call our office to schedule a TeleHealth visit.
  • New temporary visitor rules have been implemented to try to decrease the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and to keep our patients, families, care teams and the communities we serve safe. At this time, facilities near you may be restricting visitors. Please contact us┬ábefore visiting.
  • If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or difficulty breathing, go directly to the ER or dial 911.
