Madison Medical Affiliates & Ascension are working together to vaccinate our patients & our community at several sites across SE Wisconsin. Please check our website for updates on eligibility & availability of the COVID-19 Vaccine.

  • Eligibility: Effective November 19th, the CDC is recommending booster vaccinations for all individuals 18+ at least 6 mos after having received their second dose of either Pfizer or Moderna.
  • Availability: Madison Medical is not offering any COVID-19 vaccines at the time. To locate the COVID-19 vaccine in your area, please visit vaccines.gov.
  • *IMPORTANT*: We will continue to monitor further developments around booster vaccinations and update our website accordingly.

Abdullah Fayyad, M.D.

Dr. Fayyad earned his medical degree from the University of Jordan in 1993. He completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Fayyad belongs to both the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association. He is Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
