Madison Medical Affiliates & Ascension are working together to keep our community healthy during this time and prevent the spread of infection while also offering options for easier access to care.

  • If you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath and need care, please call your personal physician, as a first step. We recommend if you have symptoms, you should stay home and avoid exposing others until you can talk with a doctor.
  • Madison Medical Affiliates is offering TeleHealth visits with our providers through Ascension Online Care. Please call our office to schedule a TeleHealth visit.
  • New temporary visitor rules have been implemented to try to decrease the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and to keep our patients, families, care teams and the communities we serve safe. At this time, facilities near you may be restricting visitors. Please contact us┬ábefore visiting.
  • If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or difficulty breathing, go directly to the ER or dial 911.

Amy DeGueme, M.D.

Dr. Amy DeGueme earned her degree in medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2008, where she also completed an Internal Medicine residency in 2011. She completed a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2015, where she served as Chief Fellow. Dr. DeGueme is Board Certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.
